Terms & conditions

What's included — and what to expect

  • —Payments are to be made to the designated company account only as indicated on the invoice.
  • —Bookings are secured only after full payment has been confirmed.
  • —The rental period is for 24 hours (1 day). Additional charges apply for extra days.
  • —The customer is responsible for all items during the rental period, until items have been picked up or returned to our warehouse.
  • —A refundable caution fee of 5% of the total rental value is charged on all rental items and is refunded when items are returned in the same condition within the agreed rental period. Refunds are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • —Where items are returned late, damaged, missing, lost, or stolen, the caution fee will be retained. The company also reserves the right to request additional fees to cover the shortfall and for any high-value item.
  • —No refund is given for items delivered in good condition but later unused by the client.
  • —For items removed or changed after confirmation, payment will be retained as stock credit for future use.
  • —Orders cancelled less than 48 hours to delivery attract a 50% surcharge, with the balance retained as stock credit.
  • —Concerns reported immediately upon delivery will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis.
